صرح محمد آل جابر السفير السعودي لدى اليمن عن صدور توجيهات كريمة، بدعم لجان التهدئة والتنسيق التي تشرف عليها الأمم المتحدة مالياً لوقف إطلاق النار في اليمن، والتمكن من التثبت منه، وذلك عبر صرفها على لجان التهدئة اليمنية اليمنية، من أجل مواصلة عملها للتثبت من وقف إطلاق النار بين الطرفين، مشيراً إلى أن المملكة، حريصة كل الحرص، على وقف إطلاق النار، ومنع أي خروقات من قبل الأطراف اليمنية عبر هذه اللجان، التي تشرف عليها الأمم المتحدة بهدف تحقيق الأمن والاستقرار والسلام لليمن.

وقال السفير محمد آل جابر في تصريح لوكالة الأنباء السعودية : " إن المبعوث الأممي طلب خلال الاجتماعات من مجموعة السفراء أن تقدم دولهم الدعم المالي للجان التهدئة وتنسيق وقف إطلاق النار، لكي تمكنهم من إتمام عملهم بشكل فعال وبكفاءة لتثبيت وقف إطلاق النار ، واستجابة لذلك صدرت التوجيهات الكريمة من القيادة السعودية، بتوفير الدعم المالي للأمم المتحدة، من أجل سير عمل لجان التهدئة لتمكينهم من التثبت على حقيقة وقف إطلاق النار داخل الأراضي اليمنية، ومنع أي خروقات من الطرفين، خصوصا وأن خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود ، وسمو ولي عهده الأمير محمد بن نايف، وسمو ولي ولي عهده الأمير محمد بن سلمان، حريصون كل الحرص على تحقيق الأمن والاستقرار والسلام لليمن، وإنجاح المشاورات، على أن تسلم هذه المبالغ إلى الأمم المتحدة، وهي من تتولى صرفها على لجان التهدئة اليمنية اليمنية وشدد آل جابر بأن قيادة المملكة حريصة كل الحرص على أن يعم السلام في اليمن وأن يصل الأشقاء اليمنيون إلى حلول وفق القرار الأممي 2216.

وأضاف : " كل الجهود تتركز نحو إنجاح المشاورات القائمة ونحن على تواصل واجتماعات مستمرة مع زملائنا سفراء دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، وكذلك سفراء دول الـ 18، في لقاءاتهم التي تجمعهم مع اسماعيل ولد الشيخ أحمد، المبعوث الأممي لدى اليمن، لمناقشة الآليات والسبل الحثيثة في كيفية دعم ولد الشيخ، في مهمته بشكل كامل من أجل إنجاح المشاورات اليمنية اليمنية، بين طرفي الشرعية والانقلابيين.

وأشار سفير خادم الحرمين الشريفين لدى اليمن إلى أن المملكة قامت بجهود كبيرة في إنجاح هذه المشاورات، وتضمنت ما جرى القيام به في استضافة المملكة العربية السعودية للأشقاء اليمنيين في ظهران الجنوب، في مطلع الشهر الماضي، وتم التوقيع على سبع اتفاقيات في داخل المحافظات اليمنية، وكلا الطرفين ولله الحمد رحبا بجهود الرياض، وثمناها لحرصها على تحقيق الأمن والسلام والاستقرار والوصول إلى حلول شاملة وكاملة، لما يحقق الاستقرار للشعب اليمني، وفق القرار الأممي 2216.

وبين أن هذه الترتيبات لوقف إطلاق النار شملت تعيين لجنة عسكرية يمنية مشتركة من الطرفين لمراقبة الوضع في هذه المحافظات، والعمل على تهدئة ومنع أي خروقات من الأطراف اليمنية، إضافة إلى لجنة أخرى مدنية مهمتها، تكمن في فتح الممرات الإنسانية بالتنسيق مع الأمم المتحدة وتقديم المساعدات الإنسانية والإغاثة سواءً المساعدات القادمة من مركز الملك سلمان للمساعدات الإغاثية والإنسانية، أو عبر طريق الأمم المتحدة، حتى تصل إلى الشعب اليمني ، خصوصا وأن الطرفين رحبا بأن تشرف المملكة والأمم المتحدة عبر لجنة التهدئة والتنسيق على سير هذه اللجان والوصول إلى هذا الأمر، وهذا إنجاز كبير ساهم في إنجاح هذه المشاورات اليمنية".
