جدد وزير دولة الإمارات للشؤون الخارجية، أنور قرقاش، هجومه على إخوان اليمن، واتهمهم بالتحالف مع تنظيم القاعدة الذي كان يسيطر على مدينة المكلا كبرى مدن حضرموت، قبل العملية العسكرية الأخيرة التي شنتها وحدات من الجيش اليمني بإسناد بري وجوي من #التحالف العربي الذي تقوده السعودية.

وكتب قرقاش تغريدة على حسابه بموقع "تويتر" يتهم فيها الإخوان المسلمين الممثلين بـ"حزب التجمع اليمني للإصلاح" بالتحالف مع القاعدة في حضرموت.

وقال المسؤول الإماراتي: "في مدينة المكلا وجدنا أدلة حقيقية وملموسة عديدة للتعاون والتنسيق بين الإخوان المسلمين والقاعدة"، مضيفا أن قناعتهم واضحة بشأن "تحالف الانتهازية والإرهاب".

وأشار قرقاش في تدوينة أخرى إلى أن وصفة المكلا التي تضم #التحالف والقوى اليمنية المحلية هي سر النجاح، والتي تؤكد "بزوغ مقاربة جديدة مؤثرة تتصدى للإرهاب بفاعلية" بسبب التخطيط والتعاون في هذا السياق.

وحصر وزير الدولة الإماراتي نجاح الحملة العسكرية ضد القاعدة على قوات بلاده، حيث قال إن انتصار المكلا يضاف إلى سجل القوات الإماراتية "التي تعاملت مع العملية المعقدة بمهنية عالية وتخطيط صبور وشجاعة فائقة"، دون الإشارة إلى الدور السعودي والجيش الوطني المؤيد للشرعية.
