عاجل ... " المخلافي" يكشف حقيقة نية الوفد الحكومي الانسحاب من المشاورات ويطلق تحذيراً جديداً يفاجا به الجميع ... للتفاصيل

نفى عبد الملك المخلافي نائب رئيس الوزراء ووزير الخارجية نية وفد الحكومة  تعليق المشاركة مجددا أو للانسحاب من المفاوضات الجارية بالكويت، محذرا في الوقت نفسه من أن تلك المفاوضات قد لا تصل لنتيجة إذا ما استمر المتمردون في نهجهم الحالي الذي يهدد بتقويض عملية السلام برمتها، وليس المفاوضات فقط.

وقال المخلافي في اتصال هاتفي أجرته معه من القاهرة وكالة الأنباء الألمانية ( د. ب. أ): " ليس من إستراتيجيتنا ولا من أهدافنا الانسحاب من المفاوضات وتقويضها...نحن مستمرون بالمفاوضات ونقوم بما علينا من التزامات...ولكن التهديد بتقويضها سيكون نتيجة منطقية وطبيعية لاستمرار الطرف الآخر في خرق وقف إطلاق النار وعدم التقدم في جداول المفاوضات الزمنية وبالتالي جعلها بلا جدوى".

ووصف المخلافي ما صرح به محمد عبد السلام رئيس وفد جماعة أنصار الله (الحوثيين) المدعومة من إيران، عن وجود قوى تعرقل المشاورات السياسية الجارية بالكويت والدفع نحو تصعيد ميداني و تحشيد عسكري واسع في أكثر من محافظة ومدينة يمنية بأنه "إدعاءات كاذبة"، مضيفا أن "هذه الجماعة تريد أن تستمر في قتل الشعب اليمني ولا تريد ولا تسعى إلا شيئا واحدا من هذه الهدنة وهو وقف طيران التحالف".

وكان المخلافي- والذي يرأس وفد الحكومة اليمنية بمفاوضات الكويت- قد أشار في تغريداته على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي ( تويتر) خلال اليومين الماضيين إلى أن ما "يجري في تعز من قصف للمدنيين يؤكد إجرام جماعة الحوثي وصالح وستكون له عواقب وخيمة على مسار السلام"، وهو ما فسره البعض بوجود نية لدى الوفد الحكومي للانسحاب من المفاوضات الجارية بالكويت منذ 21 نيسان/ أبريل الماضي.

وكان وفد الحكومة اليمنية قد علق مشاركته بمفاوضات الكويت لمدة ثلاثة أيام في بداية أيار/ مايو الجاري ردا على خروقات الحوثيين المستمرة، والتي توجت بالسيطرة على لواء العمالقة بمحافظة عمران ونهب كامل لعتاده العسكري.

لكن الوفد عاد الأربعاء إلى المفاوضات المباشرة بعد الإعلان عن تحقيق في قضية معسكر لواء العمالقة يعهد به إلى لجنة للإشراف على وقف النار الذي تم إقراره في 11 نيسان/ ابريل.

وستقدم اللجنة نتائجها في غضون 72 ساعة ووعدت الأطراف باحترامها، وفقا للوسيط الدولي الذي كرر التأكيد على "أن حل النزاع لا يمكن أن يكون إلا سياسيا".
