اكدت مصادر مطلعة من وزارة العمل السعودية ان تحليل أجرته وزارة العمل على سوق العمل اظهر أن الوافدين يسيطرون على عدد من المهن الحرجة، وأن نسبة كبيرة من السعوديين لا يعملون في هذه المهن.

كشف عن ذلك وزير العمل الدكتور مفرج الحقباني في كلمته خلال تدشين البوابة السعودية للموارد البشرية وبرنامج الشهادات المهنية الاحترافية بالرياض أمس (الخميس)، موضحاً أن الدراسة تناولت مساهمة السعوديين في سوق العمل، وحددت الفجوة في مسألة الانكشاف على عدد من المهن وكيفية ضمان الأمان المهني.

من جهته، قال مدير عام صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية “هدف” الدكتور عبدالكريم النجيدي، وفقاً لصحيفة “مكة” إن برنامج الشهادات المهنية الاحترافية سيكون أحد حلول وزارة العمل للقضاء على سيطرة الوافدين على بعض المهن الحرجة.

وأوضح أن البرنامج يعمل على تشجيع وتحفيز القوى العاملة الوطنية، للحصول على شهادة مهنية احترافية معتمدة في المجالات المطلوبة في سوق العمل.
